Certain genetics can predispose even our younger patients with darkening under the eyes. Dr Gallo used Belotero for this patient via the micro-cannula technique. No bruising, minimal swelling and much less risk. This photo was taken immediately after and the filler will settle in nicely over the next 2 weeks to mask the darkness even more

35 year old female Many patients come in thinking they need filler under the eye, often it is the cheek that has lost volume and creating a bag under the eye. The cheek issue needs to be resolved first, then if still needed a little filler can go into the tear trough. Restylane Lyft was used for the cheek area and Belotero for the tear troughs.
