A combination of restylane lyft in the cheek area and belotero in the tear trough very much improved this gentleman’s under eye bags.
A combination of restylane lyft in the cheek area and belotero in the tear troughs was used to create this amazing result.
One syringe of Belotero split under each eye was used on this patient to fill under eye hollowing. Notice how the ‘tear trough’ is less shallow and the thin skin under the eye appears smoother.
Certain genetics can predispose even our younger patients with darkening under the eyes. Dr Gallo used Belotero for this patient via the micro-cannula technique. No bruising, minimal swelling and much less risk. This photo was taken immediately after and the filler will settle in nicely over the next 2 weeks to mask the darkness even more
This patient was not interested in a surgical procedure and wanted to see if we could improve her ‘under-eye’ situation.
This is actually not a tear trough issue but a lot of volume loss in the midface. Four syringes of various fillers were used in one session and strategically placed to bring back some support to the underlying cheek structure. This result is immediately after injection. We wait one month, allowing time for the filler to settle out and integrate with the skin. At that time we can add more if the patient desires. Often it is process to get to the best result and not a one and done. The slow and steady wins the race.
This patient was bothered by a ‘circle’ under one of her eyes that looked.more prominant in certain lighting. It was on the side of her face she sleeps on. Over time, the side we sleep on will ‘flatten’ more than the side we don’t. A half a syringe of Restylane Lyft was used in the medial cheek to replace volume loss. Her mid-cheek is now slightly lifted back into a more youthful position, therefore greatly reducing the ‘circle’.
Dr Gallo used Belotero for this patient via the micro-cannula technique. No bruising, minimal swelling and much less risk. This photo was taken 2 weeks post treatment showing full resolution of darkness.
35 year old female Many patients come in thinking they need filler under the eye, often it is the cheek that has lost volume and creating a bag under the eye. The cheek issue needs to be resolved first, then if still needed a little filler can go into the tear trough. Restylane Lyft was used for the cheek area and Belotero for the tear troughs.
Female patient in her late 40’s. A combination of Botox, Restylane and Radiesse were used to reduce forehead wrinkles, smooth out under eye bags and restore volume in the cheek area.
Female patient in her 60’s. Restylane was used to plump under eye hollows along with Radiesse to restore volume lost in the cheek area.
Belotero in the tear trough area via micro-cannula was used on both these patients. This is the final result.
Just one syringe of Radiesse split between each cheek made a big difference in this patients under eye area and nasolabial folds. Dr Gallo uses the micro-cannula technique so minimal swelling and no bruising. Photo taken immediately after.
